The Jesuits who have reached an advanced stage in their formation but are not yet professed have spent a week together from 26 to 31 August. This annual appointment of companionship and sharing is hosted every year in a different place in order to get acquainted with the territory of the EUM Province. They have already met in Italy (Lecce), Malta and Albania and this year the meeting took place at the retreat house of Cluj. The meetings were divided between sharing life experiences and visiting places in the territory such as Alba Iulia, Salina Turda, Cluj and Sibius where they visited the Elijah Association. This was a precious opportunity to learn about the Romanian reality and its people. Bishop P. Claudiu Tuţu‘s delegate gave an in-depth study on the Greek Catholic Church of Romania and the Parish Priest Kemenes Lorand spoke about the Roman Catholic Church in Transylvania.
