Jesuits and Partners in Mission looking from all over Europe to Rome.

Today we present again answers of three Jesuits in the field “Youth an Media”.
If you also want  to participate, leave your message in our Facebook page.

GC36 from Paris (France)

Grégoire Le Bel SJ

1. What is your message for our new Father General?

Don't be afraid to send us to the frontiers... That is our duty. Don't be afraid to give real power to the conference presidents. We are facing (in Europe, but also in other places) issues needing strong trans-provincial decisions. [For instance, some of our old European countries are now post christian lands of mission (Ireland for instance): international task forces could be sent in these spaces to invent something new. For young people in Dublin for instance... In Calais for the refugees...]

2 Concerning your apostolate and mission in France, what are your hopes and wishes for GC36?

My main missions are on-line, as delegate for spirituality in the digital world, and coordinator of the vocation promotors' team. I hope that GC36 will underline the importance to share the treasure of the Spiritual Exercices in all the possible ways especially for the young people and on the Web. It is a major key for vocations.

GC36 from... Krakow (Poland)

Paweł Kowalski SJ

1. What is your message for our new Father General?

God manifests his almighty power above all by pardoning and showing mercy. Make the Society his image.

2. What are my hopes and wishes for GC36?

I hope that the CG will shift the Society towards the service of the reconciliation through people and God, undertaking the hopes that young man and women have to meet God.

GC36 from Bratislava (Slovakia)

Jozef Šofranko SJ

1. What is your message for the new Fr General?

May he use his natural talents and supernatural gifts, for which God has chosen him, generously and energetic for the best service of the Society.

2. Concerning your apostolate and mission in Slovakia, what are your hopes and wishes?

May they read the sign of the times through wisdom of the Spirit in order to know what God wants from the Society of Jesus in this time of global changes.
