Dear Communicator,

First of all, I would like to wish you a very blessed Christmas time. I hope it will be a time of peace.

This time I am not going to send you the usual reminder. We are in the process of changing progressively our communications strategy. For now our main intention is:

- Feed more regularly our website with new articles (instead of uploading them all of the articles at the end of the month)

- Reduce the number of articles in our newsletter.

What does this mean in terms of changes for you?

- I would like to encourage you to send us articles at any time of the month (instead of just at the end of the month). My suggestion: To make things easier, if you have just uploaded to your website an article which you find interesting for the European context, you can just email me the link to the article in your website. No need for translating it. I can take care of it.

I will then upload these articles as soon as I can to our website. This way, you can get "newer news", which you can always use in your news channels.

Our newsletter will still be sent at the end of the month, but it will progressively change format and have less articles. 

I would be really glad to hear feedback from you! Let me know if something is not clear. I would be happy to have a virtual meeting to clarify any doubts, hear your feedback, discuss communications ideas, etc.
