New course in Manresa.

Next September, the International Spirituality Centre Cova Sant Ignasi starts a new course for people who are around 65 years or more.
This is a program to "creatively assume” this time of life and preparing it from different perspectives. The course will be about the psychological and medical side and proposals to remain active, not forgetting the spiritual experience that will help this time of change.

Fr Francesc Riera will coordinate the course. “This new proposal from Manresa wants to help people making decisions when the time comes. At every stage of life, you must make your choice, in Ignatian language. It is clear that between 20 and 30 years, important choices about how to lead one's life are made. Also when the person is over 65 years stands before important options and must decide whether to live life creatively, or just go with it. "

The course methodology is marked by the ignatian tradition and the spiritual exercises, inviting to live life consciously, creatively and fully.
