The Centre of Spirituality of Salamanca offers a new monthly activity called "Art and Prayer". Each month, Mariola Iglesias Díaz, of the Company of St. Teresa of Jesus, leads a meeting of an hour to enter the mystery of God through different art works .

The first session was held on October 18, under the title "Embraced by Mercy". This will be followed by others such as "If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all" based on a text from Isaiah or "if any man hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me", quote from the book of Revelation.

These meetings combine the contemplation of art work through a giant screen, music and silence with the help of different biblical texts.
