On Saturday October 7, the European Leadership Programme (ELP) welcomed its 10th cohort. The all-day event allowed for the presentation of the Fellows, a detailed explanation of the different segments of the 5-month programme by the ELP team, and meeting with the group of coaches and mentors who will be assisting the Fellows. The day ended on a spiritual note with a beautiful mass, setting the tone for a semester of growth, camaraderie, and impact.
