The Jesuits in Central Europe have released the podcast "Just pray!" at Easter 2023. In short episodes of 10 to 15 minutes, "Just pray!" aims to make God's message tangible for personal everyday life. The Bible texts of the day, together with various music titles and guided questions, invite people to tune into the topic and leave room for reflection and personal prayer.

"Simply pray!" starts with a four-part series from Holy Thursday to Easter Sunday 2023, after which the weekly episodes take up the respective Sunday Gospel. This offers the opportunity to pray during the week with the Bible text of the coming Sunday. In the long term, "Simply pray!" is to appear daily.

"I am happy that with Simply Pray!' we can make another spiritual offer in the digital space in which many people move every day," says Father Dag Heinrichowski SJ. "Alongside 'Click To Pray', the Pope's official prayer app, and the weekly 'One Minute Homily' on YouTube, 'Just Pray!' offers the opportunity to deepen one's own spirituality and relationship with God." The two Jesuits Dag Heinrichowski SJ and Martin Föhn SJ are responsible for the content of the new podcast. The project management is in the hands of Ewelina Bajor in Zurich. Numerous volunteers work for the podcast as speakers or readers.

The podcast "simply pray!" is intended for German-speaking countries and is based on the models "Pray as you go" and "Prie en chemin", which are produced by the Jesuits in England and France and have met with a high response in both countries.
