French Jesuit (1927-2010)

Philosopher and economist, expert in Marxism and professor of social philosophy.
Has been provincial of the then unified province of France (1967-1971) and assistant of Fr. General Pedro Arrupe (1971-1984).

Very involved in the 32nd General Congregation and inspirer of the commission on "the service of faith and the promotion of justice".
