1. What is your message for our new Father General?

Dear Father General, our world, ever more divided and sold out to the god of money, power and consumerism, urgently needs to see men and women who have reached an interior unity and harmony, and who sincerely live the joy of the beatitudes. We pray that you may lead our communities on the way of this joy.

2 Concerning your apostolate and mission in Egypt, what are your hopes and wishes for GC36?

The young generation around us expect that we be clearer when we talk about our community life and the gifts of poverty, obedience and chastity. These gifts are our common home that should be shown in all its beauty, solidarity and joyfulness, in order to, hopefully, attract the young generation. We hope that GC36 helps our Society in its efforts to humbly and joyfully inhabit that home.

1. What is your message for our new Father General? 

I hope the Fr General will be an inspirational leader who will revive the social mission of the Jesuits, who stimulates those who are working as agents of change in the educational sector to engage in the social and communication sectors.

2. What are my hopes and wishes for GC36?

The G.C. 36 should put finally an end on all tendencies which want to restore the Church and its devotional life as it was before Vatican II.
