The Spanish Jesuit province has launched the Project #AthomewithGod, in the context of the COVID confinement, with a specific proposal #HolyWeekathome, with activities for those days, trying to transform that confinement in a time of prayer.

The proposal included celebrations on streaming and daily reflections on video, so as specific spaces for families, youth people and one about processions.  

#HolyWeekathome has been an experience of caring about a great diversity of people and situations. And a good occasion to learn and to create new ways of working on the mission.

Online Exercises

Nearly 400 people participated in an online retreat during the Holy Week. The experience was greatly appreciated. 

The COVID context has been very present on the Exercises and in the daily motivation. People wished to live these days with God and to transform this anguish and uncertainty into mysticism.  

This online proposal has helped people finding God’s will for their lives and living deeply faith and life, with an adaptative response to the current social situation in line with the first UAP.
